With 25 years of counseling students within schools and private practice, Linda utilizes cognitive behavior therapy and a strength-based, holistic, and collaborative approach. Additionally, through non-judgemental and compassionate presence, Linda recognizes and assists her clients to embrace their gifts and passions. With executive function techniques, clients can learn to create more balance in their lives to prioritize and achieve short and long-term goals. Since everyone has strengths and struggles, Linda offers positive coping and relaxation strategies to address a wide range of challenges. She creates a safe space to support each client on their individual path toward resilience, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and inner growth and expansion.
