Linda has offered a wide variety of workshops and trainings for schools, organizations, and parent groups for years. She particularly loves to practice formal and informal methods of mindfulness and self-care with school faculty and parents. Linda often presents on Social Emotional Learning, mental health, and provides strategies for self-regulation, executive functioning, and stress management. Linda presents frequent webinars for Minding Your Mind, a non-profit that breaks the stigma of mental illness through educational programs for organizations, schools, and parents.
