Linda loves offering a wide variety of workshops and customizing her presentations to be flexible in meeting the needs of each school, organization, and parent group. She shares formal and informal methods of mindfulness, sustainable self-care, and stress management. Linda often presents on trauma-informed social-emotional learning, mental health, and provides strategies for nervous system regulation, executive functioning, and building resilience and a growth mindset. Linda presents frequent webinars for Minding Your Mind, a non-profit that breaks the stigma through mental health educational programs, as well as through her practice, Wellness Empowerment for organizations, educators, therapists, and parents.
