With over 25 years of counseling students within schools and private practice, Linda utilizes cognitive behavior therapy and a strength-based, holistic, and creative approach utilizing mindfulness techniques.  Additionally, through non-judgmental and compassionate presence, Linda recognizes and assists her clients to embrace their gifts and passions and to strengthen lagging skills. With executive function techniques, students can also learn to create more balance in their lives to prioritize and achieve short and long-term goals.  Since everyone has strengths and struggles, Linda offers positive coping and relaxation strategies to address a wide range of challenges. She creates a safe therapeutic space to support each client on their individual path toward resilience, self-regulation, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and inner growth. Linda sees individuals from elementary school through age 21 and provides collaborative supports to parents and schools to better understand the individual’s needs and to help generalize skills and strategies, so the individual can thrive in all environments.
